Our system displays all the information of the services that are offered, not the availability.

At the time of booking, our agents will send an email to the registered address confirming, rejecting or providing an alternative to the reservation.

All our services are made with the advance payment for the tours / packages / services contracted, depending on the duration, season, availability, conditions, etc. (Coordination of payments will be established between the client and our Sales Counter / Designated Salesperson.) Our guests must pay 100% of the amount in advance, if applicable and in agreement with our sales counters, our customers only send 80% of the time of the reservation, and the balance (20%) two weeks before the start of your tour.

Unfailingly we require the final payment of the contracted services, at least 2 weeks before the start of the service. Otherwise, customers may lose some pre-paid reservations.

Payments will be made in American Dollars. Once our customers decide to make their reservation / purchase of the tour, they can proceed to make the respective payment, under any of the following forms:

  • Wire transfer
  • Paypal
  • Western Union

As soon as you reconfirm the tours paid by our guests, proceed to block / reserve / pay for the requested spaces, such as: Hotels, Trains, Flights, Guides, Transports, Translators, Drivers, Income to the Inca Trail, etc. , in case of cancellation and according to the policies of our collaborators, the returns will be as follows:

• 45 days before the start of the tour, we will refund 50% of the amount paid by the passenger

• From 44 to 15 days before the start of the service, we will refund 25% of the amount paid by the passenger
• 14 days before the start of the service, there will be no refund of the amount paid by the passenger

The indicated prices are subject to change depending on the change in the price of the dollar and the prices that the service providers put, in this case, if the passenger has already made the payment of 100% of the amount of the tour, Cuzco Peru Tours will assume the possible increase of price.
In case the passenger has not made any payment or the payment is in transit, we will not be responsible for the price increases, we will only be responsible once the money is in our accounts.
If the money does not arrive in time to block the spaces that the passenger bought, we will not be responsible if we lose the quotas of the agreed services (case of air flights, hotels, income to Machu Picchu, Inca Trail, etc.) … if that happens, we will do the possible ways to try to solve the problem, changing operator, route, tour, etc. If this change means additional expenses, we will charge the corresponding price to our passengers.

In some cases we will accept changes of dates, participants and / or tour changes, as long as reservations and / or payments for the contracted services have not been made. If this is the case, the client will have to send us an email requesting said changes, in many cases our suppliers will charge penalties for this service.

For the rental of vehicles and motorcycles, it is impossible to change dates or reduce the days once the reservation is made. Otherwise, the corresponding penalties will be applied.
